We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Dimensions, weights, colors, packaging, specifications, availability, production times, and delivery estimates may change and must be confirmed for custom, factory-order, oversized, or compatibility-sensitive products. Photographs are illustrative. Actual colors may vary within the selected color family because of materials, batches, lighting, screens, and manufacturing conditions.

Orders and quotations
An online order is subject to product availability, payment approval, shipping availability, and review for obvious pricing or specification errors. Custom, factory-order, logo, special-color, and compatibility-sensitive products may require a separate written quotation, drawing, specification approval, or payment schedule. We may contact you for additional information before accepting or fulfilling an order.

Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping, taxes, duties, customs charges, unloading, installation, and special handling are not included unless expressly stated at checkout or in a written quotation. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors before fulfillment and will notify the customer if an adjustment is required.

Custom products and approvals
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving drawings, quantities, dimensions, colors, artwork, logos, specifications, and delivery information. Production or procurement may begin after approval and payment. Approved custom and factory orders generally cannot be changed or canceled once production or procurement has started.

Safety and intended use
Commercial play products must be selected, installed, inspected, maintained, supervised, and used in accordance with applicable instructions, facility rules, and local requirements. Product suitability, compatibility, permits, site conditions, and installation requirements must be confirmed before use.

Shipping, returns, and privacy
Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of these terms. If these terms conflict with a product-specific written quotation or signed agreement, the signed agreement or approved quotation controls for that order.

Prohibited use
You may not use the store or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, interfere with the store, or submit false purchasing or delivery information.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
