SHIPPING POLICY

Availability
Inventory shown on the product page indicates ordering availability and does not mean immediate shipment. Factory orders, custom products, group-buy orders, oversized products, and special configurations require written confirmation before fulfillment.

Processing and estimated delivery time
Processing begins after payment has been confirmed and all required specifications, colors, artwork, quantities, and delivery details have been approved. Estimated delivery time is approximately 45 days after order confirmation unless the product page or written quotation states otherwise. Timelines may change based on approvals, production, carrier schedules, customs, and events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping charges
Shipping is not included unless the checkout page or written quotation expressly states otherwise. Parcel, freight, oversized, factory-order, and special-handling charges may be quoted separately according to product quantity, packed dimensions, weight, destination, access conditions, and requested service. Any rate shown before final packing information is available is an estimate and may require adjustment before shipment.

Delivery and freight
Transit and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. The customer must provide an accurate delivery address and disclose residential, limited-access, lift-gate, appointment, inside-delivery, unloading, or other special requirements before shipment. Additional carrier charges caused by incomplete or inaccurate delivery information may be billed to the customer.

Inspection and claims
Inspect all packages at delivery. Note visible damage or shortages on the carrier receipt when possible and retain all packaging. Report damage, missing items, or incorrect items within 7 calendar days with the order number and clear photos.

Customs and international orders
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, international customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, permits, unloading, and local delivery requirements. Customs and port delays are outside our control.

Color notice
Product colors may vary slightly from photographs because of material batches, lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing conditions. We follow the selected color family and overall approved style, but exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a physical sample or written color standard was approved before production.
