RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Ready-stock products
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Return authorization is required before sending any item back. Unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect the shipment promptly after delivery. Report visible damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect items within 7 calendar days and provide the order number, photos, and packaging photos. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement parts, replacement, repair, store credit, or refund as required by applicable law.

Custom and factory-order products
Custom-made products, factory orders, logo products, special sizes, special color combinations, approved production orders, and products made or sourced specifically for a customer are not returnable or refundable after production or procurement has been confirmed, except for verified defects or errors that differ materially from the approved order.

Color notice
Actual product colors may vary slightly from photographs due to material batches, lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing conditions. We will follow the selected color family and overall design style, but an exact color match is not guaranteed unless a physical color sample or written color standard was approved before production. Reasonable variation within the approved color family is not considered a defect. A clearly incorrect color family or a material difference from an approved physical sample will be reviewed as an incorrect or defective item.

Return conditions
Unauthorized returns, used or installed products, incomplete products, and products damaged after delivery may be refused. Any approved refund is issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
